According to the relevant articles of the Industrial Registry Law No. 6948, organizations that have obtained an Industrial Registry Certificate are obliged to submit their "Annual Business Report" information for the previous year by the end of April each year. In this context, businesses registered in the industrial registry must enter their Annual Business Reports, which include their activities for the year 2025, into the digital system of the Ministry of Industry and Technology (www.sanayisicil.sanayi.gov.tr) no later than April 30, 2026, starting from January 1, 2026. These notifications will be made electronically through the "Industrial Registry Information System" menu on the official website of the Ministry of Industry and Technology, www.sanayisicil.sanayi.gov.tr. Businesses that fail to enter their Annual Business Statement information into the system within the specified legal period (April 30, 2026) will be subject to administrative fines in accordance with the relevant provisions of Law No. 6948. In order to avoid any inconvenience and legal sanctions, it is announced to all our members that the relevant obligation must be fulfilled within the deadline.
