The General Directorate of Insurance of the Social Security Institution has published Circular No. 2026/15 regarding the reduction of the deferral interest rate from 39% to 29% and the extension of the maximum deferral period from 36 months to 72 months. The deadline for employers and insured persons with premium debts to benefit from this opportunity is 31.08.2026.
