In line with the EU Directive No. 2011/65/AB dated 08/06/2011 and in accordance with the provision in the second paragraph of Article 5 of Circular No. 2024/3, which states "The practices exempted from the restrictions in Annex-1 and Annex-2 of this Circular shall be updated taking into account the changes in Annex-3 and Annex-4 of the EU Directive," the list of "Practices Exempted from Restrictions" in Annex-1 of the said Circular has been updated with Circular No. 2026/10 dated 01/07/2026, which is attached hereto. With the update, entries 6 (a), 6 (a)-I, 6 (b), 6 (b)-I, 6 (b)-II, 6 (c), 7 (a), 7 (c)-I, 7 (c)-II of the "Applications Exempt from Restriction" list have been updated, and new exemption entries numbered 6 (a)-II, 6 (b)-III, 7 (a)-I, 7 (a)-II, 7 (a)-III, 7 (a)-IV, 7 (a)-V, 7 (a)-VI, 7 (a)-VII, 7 (c)-V, 7 (c)-VI have been added.
