In order to achieve our country"s export targets, it is important to complete the closing procedures of export declarations without delay. In this regard, I kindly request that the necessary measures be taken to keep the customs administrations open, taking into account the provisions of the legislation in force regarding the application of overtime, in order to meet export demands until the end of June 30, 2025, that all procedures, including the examination of export declarations registered at your affiliated Customs Directorates, be completed quickly in order to ensure that export transactions are not interrupted, and that utmost care be taken to accelerate the transactions, and that all stakeholders in the declaration process be informed.
