According to the letter received from the San Jose Embassy, it was reported that the Costa Rican Importers Association and Chamber of Commerce (CRECEX) would organize the 10th "Trade Connections" event in San Jose on March 17, 2026. In the letter registered under reference (b), it is reported that the date of the event was changed by CRECEX to August 17, 2026, in order to avoid calendar clashes that may arise from the official processes following the Presidential elections held in Costa Rica on February 1, 2026, and to prevent it from coinciding with the EXPOCOMER 2026 fair in Panama.
