According to information received from the International Road Transport Union (IRU), Turkmenistan Customs Administrations have stated that Turkish transporters experience delays at border crossings due to incomplete and erroneous procedures regarding TIR Carnet and TIR-EPD transactions during their transport to or through Turkmenistan, and that a webinar for information purposes has been requested from Turkmenistan Customs Administrations.

In this context, an information webinar will be held on February 4, 2026 at 15:00 with the participation of Turkmenistan Customs Administrations.
