It has been reported that some Turkish participants in the fairs supported by the Ministry have experienced problems due to their lack of knowledge about the strict rules applied by the Krokus Fair Center in Russia, which hosts many fairs with individual and international participation support, from the transportation of fair goods to the construction of stands, and does not allow unaccredited companies to provide services in the fairgrounds. In this context, the aforementioned letter provides information that services can be obtained from the official stand company of the Krokus Fair Center, or that the accreditation of the relevant companies with which agreements have been made can be confirmed by sending an e-mail to info@buildexpo.ru. It is hereby announced to all our members that, in order to ensure the healthy and effective conduct of the participation of companies and cooperation organizations that will participate individually from our country in international fairs organized by Krokus Fair Center and companies and cooperation organizations that will participate collectively in overseas event organizations organized by organizers authorized by the Ministry, it is necessary to obtain services from stand providers with accreditation authority.
