It has been reported that Montenegro will become a party to the Convention on the Common Transit Regime of 1987 (Common Transit Convention) as of November 1, 2025. In this regard, information received from the customs authorities of the said country indicates that for transit procedures, the following can be reached: transit.carina@carina.gov.me for transit procedures and helpdesk@carina.gov.me for the call center; the call center provides technical and legal support to transit regime users, its working hours are between 07:00 and 15:00, and it provides service until 22:00 for emergencies.
