In the letter sent to our Association from the Ministry of Trade; it is stated that the studies to increase the security level and the level of protection against forgery of work permit documents and to apply similar current security technologies used in high-security documents to work permit documents have been completed. In this context, it is stated that the printing, personalization and distribution processes of the designed permit documents started as of March 2026, and that, as in the current practice, the verification processes of the work permit cards can be done through the QR code on the card or through the "Foreigners" Work Permit, Work Permit Exemption and Turquoise Card Information Inquiry System" located at the internet address https://izinsorgula.csgb.gov.tr. The letter further states that work permits issued previously and whose validity period has not expired will continue to be used during this period.
