08 Temmuz 2026 - OTHER Announcements
Since February 28, 2026, the crisis in the Middle East and the difficulties experienced in transit through the Strait of Hormuz have disrupted the international supply chain, creating risks for the continuity of both trade and transportation. Taking into account the crisis situation in the region, facilitating international transportation activities and preventing possible operational difficulties in the field are important for our companies to be able to carry out more economical, faster, effective and efficient transportation activities.
Accordingly, in international goods transportation activities to be carried out to the Gulf countries via intermodal transportation, in the transportations to be carried out by our vehicles registered with international authorization certificates until the end of 2026;
Transportation can be carried out using semi-trailers or trailers registered in the vehicle document attached to the authorization certificate issued in the name of other companies, provided that the owner of the authorization certificate under which the tractor is registered assumes responsibility,
The tractor is allowed to enter the country with a different vehicle combination other than the trailer/semi-trailer it exited with,
The above-mentioned provisions apply to vehicles that exit through Habur, Cilvegözü, Öncüpınar border gates and will transport to Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Oman,
This has been deemed appropriate by our Ministry, and the necessary arrangements have been made in the U-Net automation system regarding this matter.
