The procedures and principles regarding the "Private Employer Insurance Premium Support" organized by the Ministry of Family and Social Services in accordance with Article 5 of the Annex to Law No. 3294 on Encouraging Social Assistance and Solidarity, for the purpose of encouraging the employment of social assistance beneficiaries, can be accessed in the "Regulation on the Employment of Social Assistance Beneficiaries" included in the annex. Thanks to the "Social Assistance Recipients" filter in the Candidate Pool System provided by İŞKUR, social assistance beneficiaries can be easily identified, and if the individuals identified with this filter are employed and other conditions in the legislation are met, employers will be able to benefit from the Private Employer Insurance Premium Support implemented within the scope of Article 5 of the Annex to Law No. 3294.
