In the attached letter sent to our Association by the Ministry of Trade; it was reported that the Ankara 5th Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights Law Court, with its interim injunction decision dated 16.01.2026 and numbered 2025/483, included in Annex-1, decided to prevent the production, advertising and promotion of the brands "ASPEROX", "ASPEROX YELLOW POWER", "ASPEROX YELLOW POWER+Shape" and the brand "ADAROX" which creates confusion with these branded products, as well as their domestic and foreign sales, and to stop the export transactions of cleaning products using this expression. In this context, we hereby inform all our members that they must comply with the decision taken to prevent the production and sale of cleaning products under the "ADAROX" brand, marketed by Latrikos Cosmetics Medical Cleaning Industry and Trade Limited Company.
