In the letter sent to our Association from the Ministry of Trade; it is stated that the European Commission conducted a consultation process regarding the Regulation (EU) 2017/745 on Medical Devices (MDR) and the Regulation (EU) 2017/746 on In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices (IVDR), which were adopted in 2017, and that at the end of the evaluations obtained in the consultation process, the Commission prepared a draft Regulation proposal, and the evaluation report and summary were published together with the draft Regulation proposal and working paper documents.
