In the letter sent to our Association by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change; it is stated that the obligations to establish a return point containing the Mandatory Deposit Management System as specified in the Procedures and Principles Regarding Mandatory Deposit Management System Applications are still in effect, and that if the store sales figures of the product groups subject to the Mandatory Deposit Management System are submitted in terms of quantity, and if any suggestions are provided, the rates of automatic return point creation obligation defined for large stores and chain stores in the procedures and principles can be re-evaluated, taking into account the representation shares.
