Established in 2021 under the auspices of our Union, Türkiye"s Digital Transformation Platform, Smart SME, conducted a comprehensive research in 2024 that analyzed the digital transformation habits, trends, and obstacles faced by SMEs for the first time, and shared the results with relevant public units, the national press, and the public.

In order to ensure the continuity of this study and to follow the development in new technologies such as digital transformation, sustainability, green transformation, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things in Türkiye, the research will be renewed to include the year 2025 and on a broader scale.

For the research to accurately reflect the needs and trends of SMEs affiliated with your Chamber/Exchange, the participation of our members in the survey linked below by December 31, 2025, is of great importance.
