Our Institute conducts actual inspections for products covered by Communiqué No. 2, "Import Inspection of Mobile Machinery Used Outside of Highways," published by the Ministry of Trade"s General Directorate of Product Safety and Inspection. These inspections are conducted in accordance with relevant legislation and the Inspection Guidelines and instructions conveyed to our Institute by the Ministry of Trade"s General Directorate of Product Safety and Inspection, in accordance with our country"s technical regulations and standards. The Import Inspection Preliminary Permit Approval procedures, within the scope of Communiqué No. 2 on Product Safety and Inspection, conducted by our Institute, are carried out before the import process begins. In this context, it is crucial for companies to receive preliminary permit approval from our Institute after an inspection is conducted on the documents companies upload to the system before the products reach the customs area, for the process to be carried out quickly and efficiently.

Under the Product Safety and Inspection Communiqué No. 2, which differs from other communiqués in terms of inspection, products can be cleared from the customs area without any delay thanks to the preliminary permit approval obtained before they arrive at the customs area.
