d) To notify the Transportation Electronic Tracking and Monitoring System (U-ETDS) regarding the transportation activity to be carried out, with the condition that the vehicles of the holders of B2 and D2 authorization certificates issued within the scope of the aforementioned legislation are not bound by the time schedule; They must use vehicles with a seating capacity of 25 or more as registered in their documents.
