At the meeting; 1-It was observed that after traffic accidents, vehicle owners who have traffic insurance and comprehensive insurance policies are forced to make payments outside the scope of insurance due to claims for loss of rights (vehicle rental, loss of work, etc.) and similar compensation lawsuits, and this situation leads to grievances for citizens. In this context, it has been decided to write to the TOBB sector council regarding the inclusion of claims such as deprivation of rights within the scope of traffic insurance coverage through legal regulation, in order to remedy the aforementioned grievances. 2- The recent volatile exchange rate movements and high inflation increases have caused significant increases in the costs of our businesses, and an exchange of views has taken place regarding the difficulty of maintaining the sustainability of commercial activities.
