In the meeting; As members of the 2nd Group professional committee, we represent different professional branches of our committee, and even though our professional branches are different, we experience the same common problems as our stakeholders.

1- Our companies are struggling to survive by struggling with the difficult economic conditions of our country. In addition to the difficulties of economic conditions, updates made to the tax system make the current conditions much more challenging. Because we are in an earthquake zone, our taxes that are deferred due to force majeure overlap with our current tax payments and our companies become suffocating. In case of non-payment of debts arising from force majeure, enforcement proceedings are taken against our companies and liens are sent, and the commercial lives of our stakeholders who are barely continuing their businesses face the danger of ending. It is requested that the Revenue Administration and our sector"s problem be conveyed to our board of directors to develop solutions,

2- The financing support provided by the SME financing support 2 PGS equity loan with employment commitment offered by KOSGEB to our stakeholders is planned to be made in three-month payments. After the initial payments for the personnel, our stakeholders who apply to KOSGEB and request the payment of the support, are informed by the authorities; They stated that the payment screen hasn"t opened, and that it could take approximately a month for it to open. This is causing problems for our stakeholders who participate in support programs due to their needs, and who are unable to receive their support in a timely manner. It has been decided to convey the issues to KOSGEB officials and forward them to our Board of Directors for the development of solutions.
