At the meeting: 1- It was unanimously decided that Celal Uluç would be the Chairman of the Professional Committee and Hakan Bal would be the Vice Chairman.
2- It was unanimously decided that Celal Uluç would be the principal expert and Yusuf Keser would be the alternate expert of the Professional Committee.
