At the meeting, it was observed that vehicle owners with traffic insurance and comprehensive insurance policies after traffic accidents are forced to make payments outside the scope of insurance due to claims for loss of rights (vehicle rental, loss of work, etc.) and similar compensation lawsuits, and that this situation leads to grievances for citizens. In this context, it was decided to write to the TOBB sector council to include claims for loss of rights and similar claims within the scope of traffic insurance coverage through legal regulation in order to eliminate these grievances.
