Despite the lawsuits filed by non-governmental organizations regarding this issue, no stay of execution decision has been taken and our businesses cannot take over your business. This situation hinders the trade of our businesses and creates a loss of process and time. Regarding this issue, TOBB Mining Sector President Halil İbrahim Kırşan and our 02nd professional committee council member Levend Kılıççıoğlu were contacted and the necessary initiatives were taken. It was decided to write a letter to the TOBB sector council regarding the latest developments and obtain information on the subject.
