“Hatay is Under a Force Majeure Burden”

Hatay Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Chambers of Tradesmen and Craftsmen and Hatay Chamber of Independent Accountants and Financial Advisors held a joint press conference in Antakya. At the meeting attended by Sanem Akpınar, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of İskenderun Chamber of Commerce and Industry; By emphasizing the damage that the force majeure will cause to the tradesmen in the region and therefore to the economy when the force majeure ends on November 30, Hatay will be given the status of "Priority Province in Development", special incentive programs will be provided for the provinces and districts that were seriously injured by the earthquake, grants/funds will be provided and all these will be provided. It was stated that there was a need to find ways to allocate a special budget.
