The İskenderun Chamber of Commerce and Industry hosted a two-day training program titled "Artificial Intelligence Applications in Foreign Trade." Experienced foreign trade consultant Hakan Akın delivered the training.
Representatives of export and import companies in the region, foreign trade representatives, and logistics professionals attended the training. Participants learned about the use of artificial intelligence technologies in foreign trade processes, data analytics, risk management, logistics optimization, and digital solutions in financial processes. The training also covered, with examples, the advantages of artificial intelligence in document management and reducing error rates in routine operations, predicting market trends, and accelerating supply chain processes.
At the end of the training, certificates were presented to the participants. Participants stated that they gained awareness of the innovative solutions provided by artificial intelligence in foreign trade and that they plan to adapt what they learned to their business processes.
