The President of the Iskenderun Chamber of Commerce and Industry (İTSO), Levent Hakkı Yılmaz, the Assembly President Zeki Altun, the Board Members, and the General Secretary met with members of the press working in our city at a breakfast program. At the meeting held at Divan Restaurant, recent developments in our country and region were evaluated.

Speaking at the program, İTSO Board President Levent Hakkı Yılmaz began his speech by thanking the press members who attended the event. Stating that İTSO makes an effort to come together at every opportunity, Yılmaz said, “As a chamber, we are working hard to implement projects that will add value to the economy of our region. We are closely involved with the problems of our members and strive to find solutions. In the post-earthquake period, we provided all the support we could to help our businesses get back on their feet.”

President Yılmaz also provided information about the Ramadan events to be organized in the coming days in cooperation with Iskenderun Municipality, the City Council, and the Chambers of Craftsmen. Yılmaz stated that the stalls to be set up on the beach during the month of Ramadan would contribute to the tradespeople and create social activity in the city, adding that İTSO (İzmir Chamber of Commerce) is also among the stakeholders of this project. The meeting, which took place in a friendly atmosphere, ended with İTSO President Levent Hakkı Yılmaz answering questions from the press.
