The "Human Resources Management Training," organized by the Iskenderun Chamber of Commerce and Industry to contribute to the development of the corporate capacity of companies in their human resources processes, was held at our Chamber.
In the training given by expert academician Prof. Dr. Yavuz Ercil, comprehensive information was shared on the basic principles of human resources management, effective recruitment processes, performance management, employee relations, and current human resources practices.
Our Chamber"s Board Member Sedat Uysal, representatives from the human resources departments of companies in the region, and İTSO personnel participated in the training.
In the training program, which attracted great interest from the participants, important assessments were made regarding increasing efficiency in human resources processes, strengthening corporate structures, and adapting to current practices.
