The Iskenderun Chamber of Commerce and Industry"s February Assembly Meeting was held under the chairmanship of Assembly President Zeki Altun. The items on the agenda were discussed and decided upon.
At the meeting, which addressed the latest developments in the national and regional economy, İTSO Treasurer Gassan Kuran, speaking on behalf of the 1st Professional Group, provided assessments to the assembly members regarding current problems in the agriculture and food sector.
2nd Professional Group Committee Member Alihan Aslan provided information about developments in the mining, soil minerals, and asphalt production sectors, as well as the work carried out by the professional committee. He also made statements about the activities of the Chamber and professional committees, and projects for the upcoming period.
At the meeting, the Vice Chairman of the Accounts Review Commission, Kerem Özdemir, provided information to the assembly members about the balance sheet.
While the agenda items were unanimously approved at the February Assembly Meeting, the İTSO Education Development Foundation Founders" Board Meeting was also held. The issues on the agenda were discussed and decided upon at the Founders" Board meeting.
