The February council meeting of the Iskenderun Chamber of Commerce and Industry was held under the chairmanship of the deputy chairman of the council, Alihan Aslan.

Speaking at the February council meeting, ITSO Chairman Levent Hakkı Yılmaz gave information about the economic effects of the earthquake on our region. He stated that after 2 years of the earthquake, when the numerical data were examined, the pre-earthquake statistics were reached and this situation gives morale and hope for the year 2025.
In the ITSO February assembly meeting, the issue of commercial relations with Syria was also discussed, and it was emphasized that the regional trade will become more active for the economy and business people of our region with the opening of the Syrian border gates and the normalization of trade.
