The Future Power Entrepreneurs (g3) Summit, organized in coordination with TOBB, Habitat Association, and GEN Turkey, was held in Kocaeli under the theme "Economy of Production in the Age of Intelligence," with TOBB President Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu in attendance.

Hisarcıklıoğlu noted that TOBB has created the country"s largest entrepreneurial network through its Women and Young Entrepreneurs Boards, and reported that more than 15,000 entrepreneurs are actively working across Turkey.

The event was also attended by TOBB Hatay Young Entrepreneurs Board President Ali Dablan and board members, and TOBB Hatay Women Entrepreneurs Board President Yeşim Uğutmen.

The summit discussed how young and female entrepreneurs can take an active role in digital transformation processes through artificial intelligence; it emphasized that production will now progress with "intelligence," "data," and "innovative thinking" rather than capital.

The participation of the Hatay delegation was an important step in strengthening the province"s entrepreneurial ecosystem and increasing the presence of women and young people in the business world in the region.
