The comprehensive training program for the real estate sector, organized in cooperation with the İskenderun Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the İskenderun Real Estate Agents Association, was realized with high participation.
The training, held at İTSO, addressed critical issues for the sector such as real estate valuation, accurate evaluation of zoning plans, post-earthquake reconstruction and urban transformation.
The program included;
• İSTE Faculty Member Dr. Sıtkı Alper Özdemir, on the other hand, provided important information to the participants with his presentations titled “Post-Earthquake Reconstruction and Urban Transformation”,
• Survey Engineer Hüseyin Tintaş, on the other hand, provided important information to the participants with his presentations titled “Importance and Correct Interpretation of Zoning Plans in Land and Field Transactions in Real Estate”,
• Architect and Real Estate Appraisal Expert Koray Tanın, on the other hand, provided important information to the participants with their presentations titled “Trust and Stability in Real Estate”.
In the training, in which real estate sector representatives actively participated, current practices and technical approaches were explained with examples. At the end of the program, plaques were presented to the speakers, and participants stated that the training was very beneficial for the sector.
