On the second day of the fair, the Van TSO Board of Directors visited the chambers/commodity exchanges present at the fair and the companies from Van and outside the province that participated and presented them with Certificates of Participation. Van TSO Chairman of the Board of Directors Necdet Takva thanked all the companies that participated and set up stands at the fair. Demeter Hünerli Eller Women"s Cooperative and Belen Women"s Cooperative participating in the fair from İskenderun promoted the local products of our region. The İTSO stand, where our geographically indicated products such as Hatay Orugu, Belen Kömürçukuru Molasses and Kaytaz Böreği, as well as many other local products, attracted great attention.

The 3rd day of the Van Gourmet and Gastronomy Fair organized by the Van Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Van TSO) with the motto “81 Cities 81 Flavors”; The event continued with workshops by chefs from the Islamic Republic of Iran, from outside the province, and from Van.

Van Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chairman Necdet Takva, who cooked alongside the chefs, emphasized the importance of gourmet cooking and thanked the chefs and visitors who participated in the fair. Ayran Aşı, a registered Geographical Indication product of Van, prepared by the chefs at the fair, was served to visitors.
