As part of the events for the January 10th Working Journalists Day, İskenderun Chamber of Commerce and Industry (İTSO) President Levent Hakkı Yılmaz participated in the programs organized by press associations in İskenderun.
In the events, which were also attended by the district governor, the mayor, and business people, the importance of the press for society, press freedom, and accurate and impartial reporting as indispensable elements of democratic life were emphasized.
İTSO President Levent Hakkı Yılmaz drew attention to the role of the press in accurately informing the public and congratulated all press workers on January 10th Working Journalists Day.
