The "Women"s Hand in Industry Project", which was implemented to increase women"s effectiveness in the industrial sector and ensure that they take on a stronger role in production, was introduced to the Hatay public with a launch program.

The launch program held in Hatay Kadir Teksöz Meeting Hall in cooperation with the Iskenderun Chamber of Commerce and Industry and TOBB Hatay Women Entrepreneurs Board; While information was provided about the impact of increasing women"s employment on social development, provincial directors of public institutions and organizations shared numerical data and provided information about the projects and supports provided to protect, improve and provide more employment for women in business life.

TOBB KGK Supreme Board Vice President Fatma Aydoğdu shared detailed information about the provinces where the project was implemented, the roadmaps followed and the results obtained, starting from the starting point of the project. Emphasizing the importance of supporting women"s education, development and inclusion in business life by considering not only their individual but also their social effects, Fatma Aydoğdu invited all public institutions/organizations from muhtars to governors to take an active role in this regard.

TOBB KGK Kocaeli President Nurcan Babalık provided preliminary information about Kocaeli"s employment dynamics, sectors and activities as a women entrepreneurs board, and then provided information about the roadmaps they followed and the gains they achieved as the 2nd province implementing the "Women"s Hand in Industry Project".
