Purpose of the Project

The information that public institutions need regarding legal entities will be presented from a single point, the information of the individuals included in the system will be combined with their tax numbers in one system, and the company information kept in the system will be harmonized with international standards. The information contained in the system will be shared with private sector organizations in accordance with the rules to be determined within the framework of the privacy of personal information and the EU acquis.

There are four databases in Turkey.
• "Identity Sharing System (MERNIS)" where identity information is kept,
• "National Address Sharing System (UAPS)" where address information is kept,
• Registration Information System (TAKBİS)”
• Their legal entities are registered in the“Central Registry System (MERSİS)”.

It is certain that e-Government applications can be made faster with the completion of these databases.

in the first phase of the project, information is included on commercial enterprises listed in the trade registry, sole proprietorships, foreign company representatives in Turkey, capital companies, cooperatives, associations and foundations and their businesses. A central database is being created that allows all transactions in the trade registry to be carried out online.

Creation of the Information System

From the Department of Associations; Association Registry Number, Association Name, Association Tax Number, Address, Telephone, Fax, E-Mail, Association Establishment Purpose (text information will be kept) information, Foundation Registry Number, Foundation Name, Address, Province, District, Telephone from the General Directorate of Foundations. , Fax, E-Mail, Foundation Type information.
