Retired Judge Atty. Turan Ateş gave a conference at the Iskenderun Chamber of Commerce and Industry as a guest of the Iskenderun Representation of the Chamber of Civil Engineers.
Before the conference held at the Iskenderun Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a moment of silence was observed for the earthquake martyrs who lost their lives in the February 6 earthquake and the national anthem was sung. .
Iskenderun Representative of the Chamber of Civil Engineers, Kerem Özdemir, said, “Errors in expert reports have caused many of our colleagues to be misjudged. It is vital to ensure justice, to act with scientific accuracy and transparency, and to prepare expert reports by objective experts. "As civil engineers, we will continue to inform our colleagues as we did before," he said.
Chair of Civil Engineers Hatay Branch President İnal Büyükaşık also spoke at the conference and drew attention to the problems experienced by members of the profession.
Retired Judge and Lawyer Turan Ateş conveyed important information to the members of the profession about "Planned and Licensed Disaster Earthquake and Law".
