İskenderun Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized "Strategic Planning Training" under the consultancy of MB Academy founder Mehmet Besleme, within the scope of the studies carried out to ensure the continuity of the Accredited Chamber Status in accordance with the TOBB Accreditation System.
With Strategic Planning, İskenderun Commerce and Industry Chamber of Industry; carried out mission, vision, ethical values, internal and external stakeholder analyses, strategic goals, targets and strategic activity planning in line with these goals and targets. The results of the work carried out and the plans were conveyed in full detail to our Chamber"s Board Members, Council Members and staff, who are the implementers of this planning.
