Since customs procedures are carried out according to the provisions of the existing trade agreements between countries, the origin of the goods arriving at customs must be determined, for example, in order to benefit from the Preferential Customs Regime in the country to which the goods are sent or to determine whether the quota limitation has been met. It is issued by exporters or their legally authorized representatives; It is approved by the Chamber of Commerce or Industry of which the exporting company is a member, and for some countries (usually Arab countries) by the consulates of the importing country.
Minerals extracted from the territory of a country, agricultural products produced, live animals born and raised in that country and products obtained from them, game animals kept or hunted in that country. and fish, fish and other products extracted by ships flying the flag of that country and registered or registered there, and goods obtained from these products in these factory ships, substances extracted from the bottom of the seas outside the territorial waters or from the subsoil by that country with the exclusive right to operate, manufactured Residues obtained from processing or use residues, all goods obtained from the goods listed above or their derivatives, regardless of the stage, are deemed to originate from the mentioned country. Certification Procedures to be Performed by the Chambers of Commerce and Industry
The certificates filled and signed by the exporters or their legally authorized representatives as stated above, and a stamped and signed photocopy of the Turkish invoice are given to the Chambers. The Chambers check whether the certificates are filled in accordance with the rules and declare the goods recorded in the document in accordance with the relevant legislation. It completes the necessary procedures after reaching a definitive conclusion by examining the other documents related to the export that it originates or is considered to be from the exported country. In the certificates with corrections and additions, their bottoms are certified by the Chamber. After the certification process is completed, one of the white copies of the certificate is submitted to the application. The form, invoice photocopy and petition are kept and other copies are given to the exporter.
